Full Time Non-Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Trucking/Transportation Department.

How does this job contribute to the Agency?
The CSR will be the primary point of contact for all customers in the Trucking/Transportation department. Primary job responsibilities include obtaining Certificate of Insurance for customers, adding, removing, or making changes to vehicles and drivers, helping customers to pay their bills, answering phone calls and assisting Agents.
What is a typical schedule for this position?
This position will be Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
What is the compensation for this position?
Employees can expect an hourly wage and a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week. We offer 8 major holidays and 60 hours of paid time off within the first year of employment. Employees can also expect to receive a quarterly bonus based on new business performance.
