After completing my undergrad from California University in health and fitness I became a certified personal trainer and a Performance Enhancement Specialist, and worked at different gyms in the surrounding area for five years. I decided to go back to school and pursue my master’s degree in business to expand my options. Shortly after, I started my career in insurance and became a licensed agent in life and health at Penn Summit. This was a perfect fit for me because I have always been passionate about health and helping people.  I gained my exceptional customer service and people skills through my 17 years of bartending.

I reside locally in Farmington with my husband Derek and our two kids.  In my free time I love teaching fitness classes, coaching MABL soccer for my daughter’s team, traveling when we can, doing anything outdoors with my family, and my favorite, CAMPING!
