After having my second son in 2016, I finally come to the realization that my dream of owning a Tiki Hut at the beach, selling snowcones was never going to realistically support a family, and so I settled for the next best thing… selling insurance!

When I joined Penn Summit, I had about 5 years’ experience in insurance, licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Fixed Annuities. I recently obtained my license to sell Health Insurance.  I brought with me a Bachelors in Business Management, over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, 16 years in Sales, 10 years in management and a lifetime’s worth of high-functioning anxiety.

I was brought in at Penn Summit to help grow the Transportation Department, specializing in trucking.  Being able to focus on just our truckers not only allows us to give each account the attention needed to fully understand their operation in order to match them with the perfect insurance company for their business, but also allows me to stay efficient.   I have enjoyed working directly and building relationships with America’s unsung heroes and hope to continue to for many years to come!

Life outside the agency is pretty busy.  I have 3 guys in my life… two who call me “Mom” and one who calls me “Babe”.  They are my reason for working… I mean, living!  When not at home, you’ll usually find us at either a baseball field or basketball court – helping our boys to achieve their dreams of becoming professional athletes, and my new dream of retiring early and mooching off my successful kids!
