My name is Karsyn, and I joined Penn Summit in May 2026. After graduating from high school, I went straight to college and earned my Associate’s degree. I have spent the last six years working in the hospitality industry, where I developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while helping customers and building positive relationships. Those experiences taught me the value of patience, teamwork, and providing excellent service.

Born and raised in the mountains, I grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work, community, and perseverance. Those values have shaped both my personal and professional life and continue to guide me as I take on new opportunities. I am excited to begin this new chapter in the insurance industry and eager to learn as much as I can. I look forward to growing my knowledge, developing new skills, and helping clients find the solutions that best meet their needs while building a successful career with Penn Summit.
